Regulation

Applicants will qualify for the event only if:

1. they meet the requirements for one of the categories

2. they submit their application by February 28th, 2019

3. they pay the entrance fee 50 EUR solo player, 50 EUR ensemble till March 31. 2019 to the bank account.
